Cashier - Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to take on a managerial position within our cash handling team at Demo Co. This position involves overseeing daily cash operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of cashiers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash register operations and ensure accuracy in transactions.
• Supervise and train cash handling staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain inventory of cash and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Prepare reports on cash flow and daily sales metrics for management review.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a cash handling or retail management role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems.
