Casual Food & Beverage Assistant

Pay: up to £12.71 per hour

We are looking for dynamic individuals to work as one of our Casual Food & Beverage Assistants that puts great customer service at the heart of everything that they do. Our guests stay 7 days a week so we do need someone who is available to work a variety of shifts to suit the needs of the business.

As a Casual Food & Beverage Assistant, your main duties will be:

· Forming part of our busy restaurant & bar team, greeting all guests, supporting the supervision of all stock levels, taking orders as required, supporting Meetings & Events as required

· Being able to confidently communicate all our food and beverage offerings available to customers, anticipating guest needs as far as possible

· Accurately dealing with all payment transactions (cash, card and room charging) in the correct manner according to company guidelines.

· Providing a warm and welcoming service at all touch points with the guests ensuring that any queries or requirements are dealt with accordingly.

The ideal candidate will have:

· Previous experience in a food and beverage service position

· Attentive, professional customer service skills delivered with a smile

· The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a big team

· Knowledge of processing payments (experience of Micros would be advantageous)
