The Copthorne Hotel Manchester is seeking an experienced F&B Assistant who can assist in delivering great service to our guests in the Bar and Restaurant area. Are you an experienced Food & Beverage Assistant? Are you an excellent service provider? Are you looking for an exciting new challenge? As a Food & Beverage Assistant your responsibilities will include: Service of food and beverages in the Bar and Restaurant areas Being knowledgeable about the menu and products available Dealing with all payment transactions Providing a warm welcome, dealing with queries effectively and ensuring that all aspects of service are appropriate and meet hotel standards Ensuring that the food and beverage areas as clean and tidy at all times We are keen to hear from applicants with the following: Experience in a food & beverage position, ideally within a quality hotel/Restaurant Great customer service skills. The ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional approach. The ability to work as part of a team. Experience of Micros would be an advantage. Flexible to cover a variety of shifts including early mornings, late nights and weekend shifts.
