The Role: Sales Assistant 

This is fashion retail with personality. As a Sales Assistant at Jack Wills, you're the face of the brand on the shop floor, helping customers find their look, sharing styling advice, and bringing the spirit of Jack Wills to every interaction. From a returning regular to a first-time browser, you'll create the kind of experience that turns a visit into a habit.

Your Development

• Keep visual and presentation standards sharp across the shop floor and stock areas. 
• Support replenishment and back-of-house organisation. 
• Work with your team to hit sales targets and KPIs. 
• Bring our latest collections and brand values to life through passion and product knowledge.
