This firm is the leading provider of legal and claims solutions to insurers, businesses and other suppliers to the insurance sector.

Your new role

You will be working as a Catastrophic Injury Lawyer within their Complex Injury Claims Team. You will be responsible for the day to day running of large loss files, of a value commensurate with your experience but typically up to £500k. You will also work as part of a team progressing each file from receipt of papers from the insurer client to resolution of the claim dealing with all aspects of liability and quantum as well as indemnity issues as they arise.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified solicitor, CILEX or proven relevant legal experience.
• Effectively work within a team.
• Significant experience in handling or assisting with large loss or catastrophic injury files.
