The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Paralegal to advance their career by working on high-value, multi-track injury claims. You'll collaborate closely with senior solicitors on complex and life-changing cases involving brain injuries, spinal trauma, amputations, and severe orthopaedic injuries. We provide comprehensive training, hands-on supervision, and a clear development plan to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Support senior fee earners in managing serious injury claims from initial instruction through to resolution
• 
  Draft legal documentation, including correspondence, witness statements, and instructions to experts and counsel
• 
  Liaise with clients, medical professionals, insurers, barristers, and rehabilitation providers
• 
  Review and analyse medical records and expert evidence
• 
  Maintain accurate case data using our case management system
• 
  Assist with coordinating rehabilitation services and preparing interim payment applications
• 
  Attend client meetings, case conferences, and court hearings as required
• 
  Conduct legal research and provide support throughout all stages of litigation

What We're Looking For
Essential:

• 
  Minimum 6 months' experience in personal injury, RTA, or litigation
• 
  Solid knowledge of the personal injury process and Civil Procedure Rules
• 
  Excellent drafting, communication, and organisational skills
• 
  Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• 
  Able to work independently and collaboratively
• 
  Confident using legal software and case management systems

Desirable:

• 
  Experience supporting serious or multi-track personal injury cases
• 
  Law degree and/or completion of LPC/SQE (or currently undertaking)
• 
  Keen interest in serious injury law and long-term legal career development
• 
  Compassionate and professional approach when supporting vulnerable clients
