A leading name in the foodservice sector is seeking a Category Support Specialist to help drive performance across a key product category. This role is ideal for someone with field-based account management and sales experience looking to take the next step in their career.

Working closely with internal sales and commercial teams, this role will focus on building category awareness, securing new opportunities, and supporting local teams with insight and expertise. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, collaborative, and passionate about delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the category expert, coaching sales teams and identifying growth opportunities

• Support tenders, customer meetings and field activity to drive engagement

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, buying and category functions

• Deliver against strategic KPIs including growth, retention, and category penetration

What you’ll need:

• Field-based account management or sales experience

• Commercial awareness and strong communication skills

• A collaborative, proactive, and customer-focused approach

• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel

• £35,000 -£39,000 salary
