at Korn Ferry, you will be a crucial, valued member of the Operations Team. Your responsibilities will focus on looking after Korn Ferry’s client area, interacting with clients and supporting teams across the business.

Varied and Dynamic Role : From managing catering for client meetings to supporting internal events, your days will be filled with a diverse range of tasks. You'll have the autonomy to oversee the catering process, from taking orders to setting up and clearing spaces, all while working closely with the rest of the Operations team.
Key Responsibilities Include :
Serve clients and colleagues with a consistently excellent catering experience.
Manage catering orders, preparation, and delivery with professionalism and punctuality.
Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth operation.
Oversee kitchen management, following food safety rules and maintaining stock levels.
Contribute to various office tasks as needed, including reception help.
Who We're Looking For :
Someone with at least two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate setting.
You should be adept at managing time, working under pressure, and possess excellent communication skills.
A true team player who can also take the lead on tasks independently.
Familiarity with catering systems and basic Microsoft Office tools is a plus.
