Fantastic opportunity for a consummate Catering Director to take over at this very successful and well run catering contract based on the South Coast.

This position will take full responsibility for

·8 retail catering outlets

·2 street food trucks

·Conference centre and hospitality.

·The current contract turnover is c£4.8mil

They are looking for a Catering Director who can - 

·Offering leadership and motivation to the onsite managers

·Liaise and work with chef team with a contemporary and ever changing events menu

·Ensure the delivery of 5* service across the board

·Support the managers in the logistical planning

The Catering Director will have a strong financial understanding, great flexibility and attention to detail.With strong leadership skills with a track record in coaching and developing senior personnel
