Catering Front of House Supervisor

AJW Group is looking for a Front of House Supervisor to join our team! If you have great customer service skills, leadership experience, and a passion for hospitality, we want to hear from you!

What you will be doing:

• Oversee the smooth running, cleanliness, and visual presentation of the front-of-house area, working closely with the Chef Manager.

• Ensure all charges are accurately processed and recorded.

• Maintain up-to-date and compliant signage, ensuring adherence to allergy regulations.

• Provide leadership and support to part-time front-of-house team member, ensuring high standards are met.

• Foster strong relationships with customers, delivering excellent service and maintaining rapport.

• Strive for consistency in service delivery, ensuring a seamless experience for all guests.

• Ensure full compliance with company HACCP procedures and maintain accurate HACCP reporting.

• Oversee the maintenance and functionality of front-of-house equipment, including coffee machines and vending machines, ensuring they are in good working order.

• Occasionally assist in delivering hospitality services, working alongside the kitchen team
