We are currently recruiting for a Catering Manager to effectively sell, plan and manage catering to corporate businesses within London.

The role incorporates management of incoming enquiries for workplace catering at events such as meetings, conferences, training days and so on.

The ideal candidate will need to be relatively tech savvy, as you will be processing the online orders and creating function sheets, invoices, orders, deliveries and hire of equipment.

This role requires someone who is confident client facing as you will often be required to attend the events to set up the catering stations as per the clients requirements and liaise with them throughout the event (larger scale events only).

This is a busy operation and you will need to be used to working in a fast paced environment.

Knowledge of corporate event catering is super important as well as excellent administration and interpersonal skills!
