Catering Manager opportunity in Brockenhurst, offering £40,000 pro rata to Term Time Only and a 12-week temp-to-perm route.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on the catering operation at a busy college, overseeing around 800 covers per day across hot meals and grab & go options. As Catering Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day catering operation, ensuring a high-quality service for students and staff.

Oversee a busy catering operation serving around 800 covers per day
Manage a varied food offering including hot meals and grab & go options
Lead and support the Front of House team
Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure a smooth service
Maintain high standards of service, food quality and presentationWhat we're looking for:

You'll have previous catering or hospitality management experience, alongside the right qualifications and approach to working within an education environment.

Previous catering or hospitality experience
Experience managing or supervising a Front of House team
Strong organisational and communication skills
A current Enhanced DBS Certificate
