Catering Staff – Temp to Perm Opportunity

Location: Northampton
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm
Pay: Competitive hourly rate + enhanced weekend rates
Position: Temporary to Permanent

We are currently recruiting for Catering Staff to join a busy catering operation based at a well-established and highly respected distribution site in Northampton.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous catering or hospitality experience who is looking for a long-term position with the opportunity to become a permanent member of the client’s team.

The Role

As a member of the Catering Team, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day catering operation and ensuring high standards of food service, cleanliness and customer service are maintained.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the preparation and service of food and refreshments

*

Assisting with general kitchen and catering duties

*

Washing up and maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen and dining areas

*

Keeping catering areas, equipment and utensils clean and organised

*

Following all relevant food hygiene, health & safety and COSHH procedures

*

Working efficiently as part of a busy catering team

*

Providing a friendly and professional service to customers

Working Hours

The standard working hours are:

Monday to Friday – 7:00am to 3:00pm

There may also be opportunities to work weekends, which are paid at enhanced rates.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous experience working in catering, hospitality or a busy kitchen environment

*

Is reliable, hardworking and punctual

*

Can work well under pressure

*

Has a good understanding of food hygiene and
