Catering Supervisor (Temp to Perm) London

Are you an experienced catering professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service? We are currently recruiting for a Catering Supervisor to join a busy and professional catering operation on a temp-to-perm basis.

As a Catering Supervisor, you will lead the front-of-house catering team, ensuring high standards of service across the staff restaurant, café, hospitality services and vending operations while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and supervise the catering team during daily service.
* Conduct team briefings and communicate menu and service information.
* Ensure opening, service and closing procedures are completed to a high standard.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve routine customer queries.
* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures.
* Monitor cash handling, till operations and end-of-day reconciliations.
* Oversee stock control, deliveries, storage and stock rotation.
* Support hospitality events, meetings and special functions.
* Deputise for the Food & Beverage Manager when required.

What We're Looking For:

* Previous experience in a catering, hospitality or food service supervisory role.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
* Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene and allergen management.
* Experience with cash handling and stock control.

* Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.
