CBT Therapist - Chelmsford
Salary: Up to £49,000
Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time (including Saturday mornings), Permanent

We are pleased to be working with a leading independent healthcare provider to recruit a compassionate and qualified CBT Therapist. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive clinical team providing high-quality mental health care within a therapeutic day service setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Delivering individual and group therapy sessions to adult day patients
Working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, nurses, and other therapists
Contributing to tailored treatment plans focused on patient recovery and long-term wellbeing
Maintaining accurate clinical records in line with professional standards
Supporting a recovery-focused approach within a structured therapeutic programme

What We’re Looking For:

Recognised qualification in CBT or Integrative Therapy
Accredited membership with BABCP or BACP (or working towards accreditation)
Experience working in a mental health setting, ideally within a multidisciplinary team
A proactive, compassionate approach to patient care
Availability to cover Saturday mornings (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM) as part of the working pattern
