We are seeking an experienced CCDO Demolition Site Manager for our client’s project in the Oxford area.

Job Title: CCDO Demolition Site Manager
Location: Oxford
Pay Rate: Negotiable depending on experience
Hours: 8:00–17:00, Monday–Friday
Duration: Ongoing
Start Date: ASAP

Requirements:

Valid CCDO Black Card
Previous demolition site management experience
Strong knowledge of demolition procedures and site safety
Good leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage site operations and coordinate workers effectively
Duties include:

Managing and supervising demolition activities on site
Ensuring all works are carried out safely and in accordance with site procedures
Coordinating workers, equipment and daily site operations
