CCDO Supervisor

Caddy Group are looking for a non working CCDO gold card supervisor to join their client.

The ideal candidate will possess strong management capabilities, supervising experience, and proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6. This role is essential in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with established standards. The CCDO Supervisor will lead teams, monitor progress, and facilitate communication among stakeholders to achieve project milestones on time and within scope.

* CCDO Gold card

Duties

* Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications.

* Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to develop detailed work schedules

* Monitor project progress against planned timelines, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions promptly.

* Manage resource allocation effectively to optimize productivity across multiple project sites.

* Oversee the supervision of on-site personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by conducting regular site inspections.

* Facilitate communication between teams to resolve issues swiftly and maintain workflow continuity.

* Prepare progress reports for senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas requiring attention.

* Assist in the planning and execution of project milestones to meet contractual deadlines
