Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all CCTV drainage surveys carried out across the business, ensuring quality, consistency, and accuracy in reporting.
• Review and compile CCTV survey reports using WinCan software, ensuring they meet client specifications and industry standards.
• Maintain and manage a pipeline of remedial drainage works, including patching, lining, Civils and rehabilitation remedial works
• Oversee remedial works from planning through to completion — coordinating resources, subcontractors, materials and equipment.
• Schedule field teams for survey and remedial work.
• Liaise with subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered on time, and meet quality expectations.
• Manage and oversee the CCTV teams quality of work and field operations, including equipment control, servicing and repairs across the business.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance CCTV operations, reporting processes, and team performance.
• Responsible for reviewing CCTV and remedial work quote requests and compiling estimates.
• Act as a client-facing lead for site visits, technical meetings, and progress reviews, representing the business professionally and confidently.
• Ensure all works are delivered in line with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5- 8 years’ experience in the drainage industry, ideally in CCTV survey and remedial operations.
• Strong technical understanding of underground drainage systems, preferably in WinCan reporting
• Experience in reviewing and auditing CCTV reports for accuracy and reporting consistency.
• Confident in developing and managing remedial works (patching, lining, civils).
• Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate teams, and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Able to travel and stay away when needed for site meetings, training, or client engagement.

Desirable:

• OS19x qualification or familiarity with OS drainage survey standards
• Prior responsibility for managing subcontractors and equipment assets
• Strong administrative skills with experience in job planning and resource coordination
