CCTV Field Service Engineer

?? Salary: £35,000-£45,000 (DOE) + Overtime + Vehicle + Fuel Card

?? Hours: Monday to Friday (Day shifts, occasional weekend call-outs)

We're on the lookout for an experienced CCTV Field Service Engineer to join a well-established and expanding security systems company working across Bristol and the South West.

You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding on CCTV and security systems at commercial and residential sites. This is a field-based role, so you must be confident working independently and liaising directly with clients.

• Service and maintenance of CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control systems
• Diagnose and repair faults on IP & analogue CCTV systems
• Carry out routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Provide technical support to clients during and after installation
• Complete job reports and update service logs using a company-issued tablet
• Ensure work is completed to high industry standards (NSI/NACOSS preferred)

• Previous experience as a CCTV or security systems engineer
• Strong knowledge of IP-based systems (e.g., Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, etc.)
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Good understanding of network setup and fault-finding
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• ECS/CSCS card and product certifications (advantageous)
