Future Prospects Group are excited to help our client find a 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫/𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐃𝐌 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 to join their Newark office. THE ROLE

Your responsibilities as a Senior/Associate CDM Consultant will include:

* Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team across various sectors: commercial, industrial, education, residential, and heritage.

* Act as Principal Designer under the CDM Regulations 2015 or provide CDM Client Adviser services.

* Advise clients on their CDM Regulations 2015 duties.

* Plan, manage, and monitor the pre-construction phase.

* Coordinate health and safety aspects of design work.

* Communicate residual risks effectively.

* Liaise with designers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

* Prepare and review Pre-Construction Information.

* Compile and review Health and Safety Files.

* Conduct site visits for compliance monitoring and guidance.

* Support wider project teams on health and safety best practices.

* Take on the Health & Safety Adviser role for the business, including inputting into Practice policies and procedures.

* Develop and expand the existing CDM offering, attracting new clients.

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal Senior/Associate CDM Consultant will be able to demonstrate the following key skills and experience:

* Degree in construction, engineering, or a related discipline.

* Membership in a professional body (e.g. APS, IOSH, RICS or CIOB) preferred.

* Experience in delivering Principal Designer and/or CDM Adviser services.

* Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015 and associated health & safety legislation.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and drive service growth.

* Experience in client leadership and business development.

* Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
