CDM Principal Designer

A specialist CDM consultancy in Ashford is looking for a motivated CDM Principal Designer to join its expanding health and safety team. This is a great opportunity for a CDM Principal Designer with at least two years of experience looking to develop further in a client-facing environment.

The CDM Principal Designer's role
You will provide Principal Designer services to a diverse client base, advising on pre-construction risk and compliance with CDM 2015. The role involves attending design meetings, reviewing documentation, and supporting project teams throughout the pre-construction phase.

The CDM Principal Designer

• 2 years minimum experience delivering CDM services

• Understanding of CDM 2015 Regulations

• Design qualification or relevant construction background preferred

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• NEBOSH Construction or equivalent health and safety training beneficial
