The CDM Principal Designer's role
The CDM Principal Designer will deliver full Principal Designer duties under CDM 2015 Regulations across a mix of commercial and residential projects. The position involves supporting clients from project inception, carrying out design risk reviews, and ensuring health and safety compliance throughout.

The CDM Principal Designer

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a CDM role

• Strong understanding of the CDM 2015 Regulations

• Relevant design or construction background

• Excellent client-facing and communication skills

• NEBOSH Construction or similar certification preferred
