Location: Covering from Banbury to Heathrow to Bournemouth

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Shifts & Hours: 45 hours per week

Working Weeks: 42 weeks per year (Term time, inset days, and 3 additional weeks)

Salary: £35,000 per annum

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Central Support Chef, you'll provide hands-on support across various school kitchens, including:

• Assisting in meal preparation and cooking in multiple school kitchens.
• Ensuring food quality and consistency across all locations.
• Working with fresh, seasonal ingredients to create balanced, nutritious meals.
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene in all kitchens.
• Offering support and guidance to kitchen teams, ensuring smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
• Adhering to dietary requirements and food allergies to ensure students receive safe meals.

What We're Looking For:

• A skilled chef with experience in high-volume cooking, preferably in school or catering environments.
• Must be able to travel between schools from Banbury to Heathrow to Bournemouth.
• A strong team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Ability to adapt to different kitchen environments and work efficiently under pressure.
