Job Description - Centre Manager

Role: Centre Manager
Location: London
Salary / Rate of pay: Up to £45,000 per annum

Are you a dynamic and results-oriented leader with a passion for fostering thriving communities, managing operations, cultivating relationships, and driving business growth? If yes, Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a provider of premium office spaces in London and seeking a Centre Manager to join their management team.

Centre Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations, including facility management
  • Ensure a seamless and exceptional service for all members
  • Manage and motivate the team, ensuring a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Build strong relationships with the members, understanding their needs and proactively seeking opportunities to enhance their experience, whilst fostering a strong sense of community
  • Managing the budget, controlling costs, and maximising profitability
  • Ensure all H&S regulations are adhered to, providing a safe and secure environment
  • Address all enquiries and resolve any issues promptly as well as professionally

Desired qualifications & skills:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach
