Are you an experienced and compassionate leader with a passion for hospitality, wellbeing, and spiritual growth?

We’re seeking a dynamic Centre Manager on behalf of our client, to lead the operations of a peaceful and purpose-driven retreat centre

This unique centre offers a sanctuary for spiritual reflection, personal development, and community connection. As Centre Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, lead a dedicated team, and ensure every guest experiences the warmth, safety, and serenity the centre is known for.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing day-to-day operations, bookings, and guest services
• Leading and developing a diverse team
• Overseeing budgets, procurement, and financial reporting
• Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and licensing
• Supporting marketing and strategic development initiatives

We’re looking for someone with:

• Proven leadership in hospitality, retreats, or charitable settings
• Strong operational and financial management skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach to facilities and guest experience
• A heart for service and a commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
• Qualifications in food safety and experience in catering

In return, you’ll receive:
