Grade 4 – £31,611 - £33,987 per annum (pro-rata)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Centre Support Advisor to join Havering Adult College. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting learners, promoting our courses, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our centres.
As a Centre Support Advisor, you will be at the heart of the learner journey, providing information, guidance and administrative support while helping create a welcoming and professional environment for everyone who visits our centres. You will collaborate closely with learners, teachers and managers, ensuring excellent customer service and supporting the delivery of high-quality adult education provision.

What You'll Be Doing
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and have a clear appreciation of safeguarding responsibilities when working with adults, young people, and vulnerable learners.

Experience within an education or training environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
