Centum Engineering is now inviting applications for the first intake of our Engineering Academy, designed to prepare operatives for deployment across our European project portfolio.

March Intake – General Operatives

We are currently seeking General Operatives with previous site experience who are looking to develop their skills and progress onto long-term construction and engineering projects across Europe.

Successful applicants will complete a structured Academy programme focused on:

• Practical, site-based training


• Safe working practices and site standards


• Preparation for live project environments


• Industry-required training and certifications

The Academy provides a clear pathway from training through to project placement within Centum Engineering teams.

April Intake – Electricians (Register Interest)

We are also inviting qualified Electricians to register their interest for our upcoming April Academy intake.

This programme will focus on assessing and aligning electrical professionals to suitable project roles following completion of Academy training and evaluation.
