A respected and long-standing not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting individuals and families across diverse communities is seeking a new Chief Executive Officer. CEO – The Role:

This is a high-impact leadership position, guiding an established social care and community support provider through its next strategic phase. As CEO, you’ll shape the future direction of the organisation, ensuring its services continue to meet evolving needs while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and ethical practice.

You’ll work closely with a dedicated Board and senior leadership team to embed a culture of continuous improvement, financial responsibility, and collaborative working—ensuring that the mission and values remain central to all activities. Your influence will extend from day-to-day operations to strategic representation on regional and national stages.

CEO – Key Responsibilities:

- Provide visionary leadership and operational oversight across all services and teams

- Champion the organisation’s ethos and values, ensuring they’re reflected in every aspect of service delivery

- Ensure robust governance and regulatory compliance, acting as Company Secretary and the primary point of accountability to the Board

- Lead the formulation and delivery of long-term strategies that drive innovation and expand impact

- Guide financial strategy, ensuring sustainability, transparency, and responsible use of resources

- Develop and maintain a culture of safeguarding, inclusivity, and personal and professional growth

- Build strong partnerships across sectors, developing funding streams and championing the organisation externally

- Ensure HR and recruitment practices promote equality, staff wellbeing, and operational consistency

- Oversee risk management and support board development, ensuring trustees have access to the insights and tools needed for effective governance

CEO – You:

- You are an accomplished senior leader with experience in the charity, health, social care, or public sector

- You bring clarity, confidence, and compassion to your work, along with the resilience and drive to lead complex organisations through growth and change

- You’re skilled at navigating strategic and operational challenges while building alignment across teams and stakeholders
