Backed by recent investment and with exciting ambitions for expansion, this is a rare opportunity to join a successful, founder-led business at a pivotal point in its journey.

You’ll work closely with a driven, entrepreneurial CEO to help steer the next phase of growth — shaping strategy, leading the finance function, and driving performance across the business.

This is a broad, commercial role where you’ll oversee planning and reporting, support strategic decision-making, and help deliver plans to grow revenue and profit over the next 2–3 years. That includes exploring new opportunities, investing in infrastructure and strengthening the customer proposition. You’ll also take ownership of key external relationships including banks, advisors, and professional partners.

They’re looking to meet experienced CFOs (ACA, ACCA or ACMA qualified) who bring credibility with external stakeholders — ideally from an investor-backed or regulated environment. You’ll need to be hands-on, commercially sharp, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.

Someone equally comfortable building trust with a founder as engaging with external partners.

A background in product-led businesses with operational complexity — stock, supply chain, margin — would be a strong advantage.

This is a full-time, office-based role, best suited to someone based in the East Midlands or within a sensible daily commute.

£150,000 to £180,000 + Bonus + LTIP + Benefits
