This CFO role is as strategic as it is hands-on. You’ll report into the MD and sit on the SLT, leading a lean finance function that’s likely to grow.

As CFO, you’ll be running forecasting, month-end, budgeting and financial modelling. This is a hands-on CFO job, but you’ll have the backing and autonomy to run finance the right way. They’ve got big plans, especially in the US. And they need a commercially switched-on finance head who can keep pace and bring insight. Not just report the past, but help shape the future.

You’ll also be the lead on finance systems and tech across the group, working alongside a capable IT Manager to keep everything slick and scalable.

The group includes three entities across the UK and US and it has ambitions to scale fast, with turnover at £20m and rising. There’s strong demand, especially in the US, and the leadership team is ready to capitalise on it.

You’ll have a bonus scheme tied to EBITDA. Hybrid working is standard (4 days in, 1 day from home). And there is plenty of headroom to grow the function and shape the finance team around your vision.
