CFO Commodities Trading

Your new company
Owned by a global agriculture group, UK operations are responsible for global trading entities and this role will be CFO for this stand-alone entity responsible for four international locations. The UK business currently has 20 employees and plans to expand to 50 by the end of 2026.

Your new role
As CFO for the trading business, reporting to the Group CFO, the role is fully responsible for financial operations as well as IT functions and strategic goals of the group.
Duties:

• Overall responsibility for all trade finance operations
• Manage banking relationships and any investor relations, including capital raising requirements
• Transfer pricing and taxation
• Financial modelling and analysis
• Managing finance team, direct report Head of Finance

What you'll need to succeed You will need to be a qualified finance professional with experience in either commodities trading or a related field. Experience growing teams and contributing to the strategic direction of a business is an important experience.
