CFO PE-Backed Consultancy business

Marks Sattin Executive Search presents an exciting opportunity for a CFO to join a high-growth PE Backed Consultancy business. In search of a dynamic CFO with M&A experience, capable of driving rapid, extensive growth through both organic and inorganic strategies. This role promises an exciting chance for a highly skilled CFO to generate value within a leading industry business.

In this capacity, the CFO will collaborate closely with the CEO and senior management, contributing to ambitious plans by spearheading the finance function. Key responsibilities involve overseeing acquisitions and their subsequent integrations, enhancing procedures and reporting systems to match the company's growth.

Additionally, the role involves nurturing and expanding strong external relationships with banks, investors, private equity backers, and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate:

A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA)
Experience operating as a CFO in the Consulting and/or related sectors
Take a hands-on approach to the role as well as building key relationships with stakeholders
Prior experience preparing and taking a company through a strategic exit is highly desirable but not essential
