CFO PE-backed Leisure Business

Marks Sattin Executive Search is working with a dynamic leisure business backed by a prominent private equity firm in search a highly skilled CFO who will play a pivotal role in implementing strategic changes, driving financial and organisational restructuring to create a stable foundation for growth.

The CFO will be working with the executive team to drive the growth of the business by Identifying performance gaps and improvement opportunities, implementing strategies to drive efficiency and profitability. As the CFO you will play a leading role in rebuilding, reorganising , and restructuring the financial operations of the Business, establishing robust financial frameworks and controls including leading negotiations with banks and financial institutions to secure favourable terms for financing and debt restructuring. As well as, designing comprehensive monthly financial reports, ensuring the flow of accurate and relevant information to key stakeholders.

The Ideal candidate:

• A qualified Accountant (ACMA/ACA/ACCA).
• Proven track record as a Divisional Finance Director or Financial controller looking to step up into a number 1 role in a PE-Backed business within the Leisure, Travel or Related Sectors ideally within transformation/turnaround environments..
• Experience in a complex financial environment
• A highly motivated and energetic leader with excellent communication skills
