Our Client
Mackie Myers are supporting a start-up charity with their CFO vacancy. The charity operates in social justice and are providing innovative services to support vulnerable people. They are also educating professionals throughout the justice system to try and dismantle some of the preconceptions and prejudices people have against these vulnerable people.

The Role
The new CFO will be leading on the charity’s exciting growth strategy. They will be responsible for managing finance, operations, risk and governance. The CFO reports into the CEO and the board.

Main Duties

• The CFO will be responsible for managing finance, operations, governance and risk
• This role is essential to growing the organisation, looking at new opportunities to generate more income and scaling their existing services nationally
• Ensure the financial stability and future of the charity

The Successful Candidate
The successful candidate has previously led finance and operations in an SME charity AND they have spearheaded an organisation's financial strategy. You will be excellent communicator, a collaborative colleague and leader and share the charity's hunger for change and growth.

What’s on offer?

• £80,000 - £90,000 per annum
• Remote OR hybrid working
• 28 days leave plus bank holidays
