Support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons. Encourage pupils' social, emotional, and academic development. Help manage behaviour positively and consistently. Promote independence while providing appropriate support tailored to individual needs.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience working with children or young people with SEN (preferred but not essential). Is patient, empathetic, and resilient. Has excellent communication and teamwork skills. Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff. Is committed to creating a positive learning environment.
