We're seeking an exceptional leader with:

• A strong academic background in a Modern Foreign Language and a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).


• Extensive successful teaching experience at the secondary level, with proven leadership qualities in a school setting (preferably as a Head of Department).


• A demonstrable passion for languages and a commitment to fostering a love of language learning in students.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.


• A strategic mind with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
