Change Analyst

Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday You will: Own, execute and drive the Change Management processes, providing strong time management skills, coupled with good organisation and planning skills, to enable effective co-ordination and communication Ensure all changes are assessed correctly for risk, impact, planned in line with defined requirements, and approved by appropriate defined personnel. Contribute to operational stability through the appropriate management of changes. Identify, escalate and manage risks and issues to ensure changes are deployed smoothly within the live environment. You will: Be an advocate of the Change Management process to all stakeholders Build and maintain open relationships with VBSE Leadership community, the team's stakeholders, suppliers and peers Promote customer awareness and point of view across VBSE. Have excellent attention to detail with good verbal and writing skills
