Job Title: Change Analyst

Location: Bridgend / Hybrid Working 3 days per week onsite

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + benefits

Fantastic new permanent opportunity for an experienced Change Analyst with this market leading specialist financial services business based in Bridgend. My client is a market leading global business who are growing and expanding their operations in Bridgend and as part of that growth are looking for an experienced Change Analyst to join the team.

As a Change Analyst within the wider Service Management Team, you will help to minimise the risk of international applications being negatively impacted by IT Changes. As a Change Analyst you will be part of a team who are responsible for the facilitation and governance of the Change Management process, within the Service Management toolset.

Key responsibilities

• Quality review proposed changes and approve for production implementation.
• Ensure the quality and timeliness of Change flow.
• Manage the Change Advisory Board artefacts and chair the meeting effectively.
• Identify, log, track and implement process improvement opportunities.
• Analyse the data from the tool to identify and support Improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement reports and dashboards for stakeholders to ensure transparency of the process and changes.
• Help, train and guide stakeholders in adhering to the change process.
• Conduct Post deployment review and track lessons learnt actions from those reviews.
• Support the wider Service Management team to protect products from unplanned interruptions to service.
• Work with the Corporate team to introduce enhancements to the process.

Skills and Experience required

• Proven experience of working within a similar Change Analyst / Change Management role.
• Strong experience with the IT Change Management process.
• Strong learning and development mindset.
• Engaging personality that can build trust with others.
• Logical and critical thinker who is creative in resolving problems.
• Dynamic individual who can challenge the status quo with a drive to implement ideas to resolve these problems.
• ITIL foundation (desirable).
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM processes (desirable).
