Our client requires a Change and Integration Communication Specialist for a 6-12 month contract

The ideal candidate will have 10 years' worth of experience in corporate communications as well as excellent writing and editing skills.
Responsibilities as a Change and Integration Communications Specialist
- Partner with site and global leadership, as well as project teams, to understand the objectives and impacts of integration activities for the external company.
- Develop comprehensive communication plans tailored to specific integration projects, with input from global communications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Create clear, concise, and impactful messaging to communicate the purpose, benefits, and expectations of changes to all new employees from the acquired company.
- Use a variety of communication channels and platforms to effectively reach and engage colleagues across sites in the United States and United Kingdom.
- Provide guidance and support to senior leaders and managers to enhance their communication skills and effectively cascade information to their teams.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of delivered communications, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments.
- Work closely with site leadership and the lead People & Culture business partner to drive the Leadership Forum supporting people managers.
- Serve as the communications point of contact for US, UK, and Ireland affiliates, as well as global communicators
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in change management and communication.
Experience / Skills
- At least 10 years of experience in corporate communications, specializing in change management and organizational transformation.
- Proven success in developing and executing effective change communication strategies within a corporate environment.
- Experience in the healthcare industry, and M&A integration is highly preferred.
- Excellent writing and editing abilities, capable of translating complex information into clear and compelling messages.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Job Title: Change and Integration Communication Specialist
Location: Primarily Scotland, with ability to travel to other sites abroad as needed
Rates : £412.50 - £495 PAYE basic excluding holiday pay to the candidate or £547.13 - £656.55 - LTD/UMB
Full time 37.5 hrs per week Hybrid 2/3 days in the office
