Job Description - Change and Release Analyst

Manage change. Ensure quality. Drive improvement.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Change & Release Analyst to join our IT Service Management team.

This is a permanent role, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with hybrid working options available.

As a Change & Release Analyst, you’ll manage and maintain robust change and release processes, ensuring compliance and minimising business impact. You’ll coordinate multi-vendor changes, validate proposals, and chair review meetings, driving continual improvement across IT services.

Governance Leadership – Chair cross-departmental change review meetings and provide forward planning.

What you'll bring:

ITIL Foundation certification.

Knowledge of Prince2 or Agile (SCRUM) methodologies.

Experience in change management and IT service operations.

Confident communication and organisational skills.

Ability to work with 3rd party vendors and manage complex IT landscapes.
