About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic Change Communication Lead to join their innovative team within Strategic Energy Planning. This pivotal role will focus on leading the communications strategy for major transformational programmes and organisational change. The successful candidate will craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse stakeholder groups, ensuring that the vision and impacts of change are clearly communicated.
Key Accountabilities:
Leading the communications strategy and planning for transformational programmes. Developing communication frameworks, plans, and engagement tools. Managing stakeholder groups and assessing their needs. Aligning communication activities with specific stakeholder requirements. Evaluating and delivering targeted engagement strategies. Driving engagement through effective storytelling and feedback mechanisms. Addressing resistance to change and facilitating effective communication among leaders. Collaborating on integrated communication plans across the organisation. Establishing strong two-way communication and tracking engagement metrics.
Key Skills and Experience The ideal candidate will possess:
Demonstrated experience leading communications for major change and complex programmes. Proven capabilities in translating strategy and milestones into engaging narratives. Exceptional skills in communication planning and change communication strategies. Experience supporting large-scale cultural change and stakeholder management. The ability to deliver targeted engagement for diverse audiences with competing needs. Outstanding writing and storytelling skills to simplify complex information.
