Change Manager

Change Manager - Outside IR35 - London - Hybrid 

The successful candidate will be expected to:

Lead, oversee and deliver a digital project within patient and clinical systems.
Create and maintain project documentation, including PIDs, Workflow, Mappings
Manage stakeholder engagement.
Coordinate digital teams and support project delivery activities.
Support workflow mapping, process changes and implementation activities.
Adapt to a variety of project requirements as needed.
Co-Ordination of activities to drive delivery
A broad skillset and ability to support across multiple areas showing a flexible and adaptable change manager with experience working on digital transformation, implementation and change initiatives.

Essential Experience

Patient & Clinical systems 
Digital services or digital project experience.
Change and implementation experience.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work autonomously across multiple projects.
Flexible and adaptable approach.
