We have a compelling opportunity with our esteemed consultancy firm, that is currently running exciting transformation projects for the UK Government in the Security sector. This opportunity is quiet niche so it is very unlikely that larger firms are working in the same projects, so this might be the opportunity you are looking for.

This role involves delivering high-value client projects, cultivating client relationships and supporting business development endeavours. Your expertise should align with at least one of our core service areas: People and Change, Data and Digital, Business Transformation, or Operational Effectiveness.

Salary: Up to £66,000 d.o.e
Plus bonus
Location: London or South England

What we are looking for:

In addition to excellent academics and a solid track record of success in your career, we are seeking evidence of the following:

Passion for improving processes, using technology and data as integral components of this process.
Experience in transformation projects in central government (mandatory).
Comfort in engaging with and becoming a trusted adviser to different stakeholders
Eagerness to work collaboratively with diverse teams of experts and to draw on your own experiences to develop and publicize insights that could shape thinking across different parts of the business.
High attention to detail and a process-driven approach, coupled with excellent communication and analytical skills.
