Change Manager - Integrated Pricing Transformation

About the role:

As the Change Manager - Integrated Pricing Transformation, you'll support the delivery of pricing transformation initiatives that will reshape how pricing activity is managed across the co-op.

Reporting to the Senior Change Manager, you'll coordinate programme-wide change activity, bringing together multiple workstreams into a clear and consistent experience for impacted teams.

Partnering with project leaders, business owners and subject matter experts, you'll help turn programme objectives into practical outcomes that enable a smooth transition throughout implementation.

This is a 8-month fixed-term role focused on driving the people side of change across the Integrated Pricing Transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop integrated change plans, milestones and delivery activities across the programme.


• Evaluate business impacts and identify actions that strengthen preparedness throughout the transformation journey.


• Facilitate consultation forums and feedback channels that inform decision-making and support implementation.


• Produce targeted communications, guidance materials and enablement resources for impacted audiences.


• Track progress against key measures, addressing barriers and reinforcing new processes following go-live.

About you:

You'll have experience delivering change initiatives within large-scale programmes where priorities, timelines and dependencies are continually evolving. Ideally, you’ll also bring:

• Proven involvement leading organisational change within project, programme or transformation settings.


• Strong capability in planning, analysis and translating broad objectives into actionable delivery plans.


• The ability to build credibility and influence across a wide range of business groups.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including workshop facilitation and presentation delivery.


• Relevant tertiary qualifications, with formal change management accreditation being advantageous.
