Change of Sharer Negotiator

At KFH we are looking for a change of sharers negotiator to join our change of sharers team in Wimbledon on a fixed-term basis until August 2026.

Do you have an understanding of ASTs and HMO properties? Have you worked in a similar role or worked as a residential lettings agent? Do you have experience in forming and developing great relationships with customers and colleagues? We’re looking for an individual that can collaborate with others, share their knowledge and skills. You will report into our Head of Renewals and Change of Sharers.

Responsibilities of a change of sharers negotiator include:

• Communicate with tenants and landlord by phone, email whilst maintaining company standards





• Negotiate new tenancy agreements





• Ensure all compliance procedures are met





• Keep a high standard when delivering paperwork to clients





• Communicate with third-party companies





• Provide high levels of customer service
