TITLE: Charities Solicitor (Partner)
LOCATION: Berkshire
PQE: 10+
SALARY: £120-150,000 (DOE)

THE ROLE:
This highly respected firm is seeking a Senior Charities Solicitor to lead its thriving Charities practice. The role involves managing and supervising the team, supporting reorganisation matters, and delivering outstanding legal advice to a well-established client base that includes trust companies, associations, charitable incorporated organisations, and community benefit societies. You will also advise on the formation and structuring of trading subsidiaries, the incorporation of charities and social enterprises, and other complex governance matters.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are invited from qualified Solicitors with 10+ years’ PQE who are currently operating at Legal Director or Partner level. You will have proven experience advising on Charity Commission matters, member and trustee issues, and trading and income generation. Ideally, you will also bring expertise in advising educational institutions, including academy conversions and structural matters.
The successful candidate will have the ability to generate work through an existing client following, demonstrate strong business development capabilities, and possess outstanding client relationship management skills with a clear commitment to excellent service.
