We're looking for a passionate and organised Volunteer and Involvement Coordinator to grow and develop our volunteering programme.

? What you'll be doing:

• Lead the recruitment, training, and support of volunteers ??
• Create meaningful opportunities for peer mentors & experts by experience ?
• Work across departments to make sure volunteers add value where it matters most ?
• Build strong relationships with volunteers, colleagues & external partners ??
• Celebrate, champion and recognise the amazing contributions of volunteers ?

• Experience managing and supporting volunteers ?
• A confident communicator who's digitally savvy ??
