They are seeking an ambitious Charity Solicitor/Senior Associate to contribute to the growth of this important sector. The position offers potential progression to the role of Head of Department.As an experienced Charity Senior Lawyer, you will lead and develop a new department for a prominent regional firm based in Birmingham or one of their numerous West Midlands, Worcestershire, or Warwickshire offices.As a Charity Solicitor, you will lead, manage, and grow a team of dedicated solicitors. You will provide high-quality legal advice and solutions to clients within the charitable sector, helping them overcome financial challenges. Your strategic thinking and excellent technical skills will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong client relationships. Effective communication skills and strong leadership abilities are essential, as you will desire to build and grow a successful department.
