Role:

• Deliver building surveying services across the residential sector, including refurbishments and large-scale projects up to £20m.
• Undertake defect analysis, condition surveys, planned maintenance programmes, and detailed report writing.
• Provide project management and contract administration services.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, maintaining excellent relationships.
• Mentor and support junior surveyors and APC candidates.
• Contribute to business development and represent the company at industry events.

The Person:

• MRICS qualified Building Surveyor
• Proven experience in building surveying andproject management
• Residential experience
