Chartered Building Surveyor

Due to expansion and increased business levels, our clients are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their team in Leeds. The role will involve carrying out Residential and Commercial Surveys

Working hours:

• As a Chartered Surveyor, you’ll be required to work full-time Monday – Friday

Our client is offering the successful Chartered Building Surveyor:

• Basic salary of £50,000 - £60,000
• Bonus Scheme
• On Target Earnings circa £75,000
• Mileage
• Surveying equipment

The role of Chartered Building Surveyor will involve:

• Carrying out Residential and Commercial Surveys
• Redbook Valuations, Level 2 and 3 reports
• Experience in Party walls, dilapidations, and Schedule of condition
• Completing detailed Survey reports

Chartered Building Surveyor requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience
• Minimum MRICS qualified
• UK driving license
